Woodwork

Trained at Robinson House Studio under master craftsmen Theo Cook and Marc Fish, I combine high-end furniture making and design with a strong environmental ethos. My work focuses on using reclaimed and salvaged timber, giving new life to old wood through thoughtful upcycling and handcrafted craftsmanship.

Bookends — Bog Oak and Mahogany

Handcrafted bookends made from rare Bog Oak and reclaimed Mahogany. The Bog Oak was salvaged from a rejected, imperfect selection sourced from a specialist guitar maker, while the Mahogany was carefully reclaimed from an old table destined for disposal. By combining these richly charactered materials, each piece celebrates the beauty of imperfection, craftsmanship, and sustainable design through thoughtful upcycling.

Raised Garden Bed

A handcrafted raised garden bed created entirely from reclaimed materials. The side panels were salvaged from a local tip, the legs were carefully sourced and repurposed, and the base was built using timber from a neighbour’s deconstructed shed. Designed with sustainability at its core, the piece gives discarded materials a new purpose while creating a practical and durable feature for the garden.

Rustic Upcycled Kitchen Units

A collection of rustic kitchen units created from an eclectic mix of reclaimed pieces, including vintage crates, a Victorian croquet set storage box, a WWII ammunition box, two metal crates, and an old bathroom cabinet. Each item was carefully restored, repaired, sanded, and refinished for practical kitchen use while preserving the character and history of the original materials. The result is a unique blend of craftsmanship, functionality, and sustainable upcycling.

Balustrade

Current project - Replacing this balustrade with a bookshelf made from old scaffolding planks.
